I have the right to decline orders with or without explanation.

Client gain full exclusive usage rights to the final product for commercial purposes, branding and trademark registration. It is also within client's rights to fully customize or change the final product.

Any assets, styles, techniques or method will remain as intellectual property of the designer and may be incorporated into future projects, provided that the final product itself is not reproduced or replicated.

If you ordered this commission, you already agree with everything written within my Terms & Conditions, Workflow and Regarding Payments.

The commission will be done in 7 to 30 maximum working days (excluding time needed to work on revision/feedback given).

Specifically requested delivery under 7 working days will be charged an additional minimum of 100% from original rates.

I will start working after all required materials and references are sent.

I will keep you updated when the previews are ready and we will communicate thoroughly to work on feedback and suggestions.

Communication will be done via Twitter, Discord, Bluesky, Email or VGen Private Message--whichever client choose.

File Delivery will be done via Google Drive after the payment has been made.

All payments will be done after the first phase of previews. I will send you preview and you can decide if you want to make Down Payment first or Upfront Payment.

Due to the custom nature of the work, no refunds or cancellation are offered once the final product has been delivered.

50% of original rate will be refunded if the cancellation are from the client's side ONLY DURING FIRST PHASE OF PREVIEWS.

100% of original rate will be refunded if the cancellation are from my own side.
